Board Resolution Approving a Lease

WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable and in the best interests of this corporation that the following actions be taken by the Directors of this corporation pursuant to this Resolution,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, pursuant to applicable law, the undersigned, being all of the Directors of this corporation, hereby consent to, approve, and adopt the following:

APPROVAL OF A LEASE.

RESOLVED, that the form of Lease [presented to the Board of Directors] [in the form of Exhibit A], providing for the Lease of space at [address], for ___ years at $____ per month (increasing per the terms of the Lease), is hereby approved, and the officers of this corporation are, and each individually is, authorized and instructed, for and in the name of this corporation, to execute and deliver such Lease in substantially the form [that was presented to the Board of Directors] [as contained in Exhibit A], with such changes thereto as the person executing the same shall approve, such approval to be conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery thereof.
